After buying hosting from Hostgator you like to install WordPress on it and I have already shared how to install WordPress on Hostgator using Fantastico and FTP (best tutorial on web).
Many readers do not like to see this post but some of them having problem with their WordPress Installation. This post helps you to delete existing WordPress Installation from your hosting server.
Step1: Log-in into cpanel and go to “Fantastico De Luxe” as shown below:
Step2: When you click on “Fantastico De Luxe” (in step1), a new window open (shown below) and click on “WordPress”.
Step3: As soon as you click on “WordPress” (in step2), a new window open (shown below) and click on “Remove”.
Step4: When you click on “Remove” (in step3), it show a warning message (shown below).
Step5: As soon as you hit “Remove WordPress” (in step4), you see a new window (shown below) stating that “The installation in the root directory of infoedutech.com was removed”.
Step6: Simply click on “Back to WordPress overview” button and you see that, there is no WordPress installed on this domain.
