As a blogger/webmaster many times you change password of your account and for security reasons it is recommended that you have a strong password which is not easy to be guessed by anyone. Step1: Log-in into cPanel by typing URL:
http://www.domainname.com/cpanel (replace domainname with your domain name)
Step2: Now in cPanel, go to “Preferences” and click on “Change Password” as shown below:
Step3: When you click on “Change Password” it will open a new window like this (as shown below). For setting-up new password you can use the steps mentioned by Hostgator as seen below:
Step4: Now type your new password in required field and click on “Change your password now”.
Step5: Congratulations, you have successfully change the password of cPanel.
