Step1: Log-in into your BuySellAd Network publisher account and when you are in publisher dashboard, simply click on “Add Zone” as shown below:

Step2: As soon as you click on “Add Zone” (in step1), a new window open (shown below). Now simply fill-up all the details and click on “Next” button.

Step3: When you click on “Next” (in step2), a new window open (shown below) which show a message

“You have successfully added this zone. All you have to do now is follow these instructions to install the ad code”

To display ad on your site you have to install the ad code but before adding ad code, you have to add main snippet before body tag as shown below:

Step4: To add this main snippet, log-in into wp-admin and go to “Headway 2.0.8” tab and click on “Easy Hooks” as shown below:

Step5: Now you have to select right hook to add this main snippet in Headway WordPress Theme. Select hook “Before Everything”, copy main snippet code and paste this code in space provided. After pasting the required code click on “Save Changes” button as shown below:

Step6: After adding main snippet in Headway WordPress Theme, you have to add ad code. You are free to add this ad code anywhere in your WordPress theme (where you want to display ad on your site).

Step7: After pasting ad code anywhere on your WordPress Theme, click on “Save” button as shown below:

Congratulations, you have successfully added BuySell Ad Code in Headway WordPress Theme.

Step4: When you click on “Website” (in step3), it open a new window and you have to fill details of your website and after filling details click on “Submit’ button as shown below:

Step5: As soon as you click on “Submit” button, you see a new window like this (shown below). The website will be reviewed by BuySell Ad network and if your website has been accepted then in no time you will start selling ads from your site.

[How-To Guide] Transfer SEO Settings From Thesis WordPress Theme To Headway WordPress Theme

Thesis – most popular Premium WordPress theme and many bloggers and webmasters using it. On one of my blog I’m using Thesis WordPress Theme and planning to migrate from Thesis to Headway WordPress Theme. But did not find the right way to back-up all SEO setting because if I migrate all my hard-work will be lost. Recently come across this awesome plugin which help me to migrate all my SEO data without affecting anything.

This plugin made by StudioPress and it offer you to transfer your SEO data from one theme/plugin to another. Oops, I have not mention the name of plugin, well its name is “SEO Data Transporter” (download link available after end of post). This plugin made life easy for WordPress users who fear to migrate from one theme to other theme.

How to Use this Plugin

Step1: Download the plugin and install it. Use this post to install plugin.

Step2: After activating plugin go to “Tools” tab and click on “SEO Data Transport” as shown below:

Step3: As soon as you click on “SEO Data Transport”, it open a new window as shown below.

Step4: Now you have to simply choose required platform (for me its Thesis to Headway). After choosing platform click on “Analyze”

Step5: As soon as you click on “Analyze” see analysis results and after it click on “Convert” button to convert all SEO values from Thesis to Headway WordPress Theme.

Congratulations, you have successfully transferred all your SEO values from Thesis WordPress Theme to Headway WordPress Theme.

[WordPress 3.1 Feature] Internal Linking in WordPress 3.1

Already in earlier post I have shared, WordPress team released WordPress 3.1 and this release power WordPress with more new features. I’m working on to explore more and more features of WordPress 3.1 and try my level best to cover up as many as feature I find in WordPress 3.1. Here is the first feature i.e., Internal Linking.

This is one of the feature WordPress lack in earlier versions and as a blogger or webmaster every time we try to link earlier posts to recently published post. This feature allows user(s) to easily search related post from previously published posts and in no time you can quickly link earlier posts. This link feature available in Visual Editor and I will guide you how to use this link feature in WordPress 3.1

How to Use Internal Linking

Step1: In new post, type a text (for me it is WebGuide4U) and link this text as shown below:

Step2: Now you will easily interlinks your old post if you know the direct URL otherwise you can use “Search” bar to search for relevant post (that post you want to link). I’m using post Dreamhost $97 Discount Coupon For February as shown below:

Step3: As soon as you click on “Add Link” button (in step2), it will simply add this post to text WebGuide4U (as in step1).

Step1: Log-in into wp-admin panel and go to “Headway 2.0.8” tab and click on “Easy Hooks” as shown below:

Step2: As soon as you click on “Easy Hooks” (in step1), it open a new window (shown below) and now simply select the hook “After Featured/Single Post Content” from drop down.

Step3: After selecting required hook, i.e. “After Featured/Single Post Content”, simply copy this code.

Step5: Now you have added “php code” and to style this author profile box you have to add CSS code. To add CSS code you have to paste this code in custom.css file in Headway WordPress Theme.

Step6: Go to “Appearance” tab and click on “Editor” as shown below and click on “custom.css”.

Step7: Now copy this code and add this code in “custom.css”.

Step8: After adding this code (code in step7) in “custom.css” click on “Update File” button to save the changes made in “custom.css” file.
